Hi, i downloaded this app and really liked all the products but executive who call after finding i have balance in my account..! He promised me that you are buying things at higher prices and we have some offers going on if you are interested will apply 2+1 offer on the products..! I said currently there is no requirement but he insisted so i said ok..! But after the order is delivered he deducted all the amount from my wallet and also subscribed from my wallet for daily delivery without any intimation..! When i try to contact him he said i have not put any order and clearly denied..! And said the order and subscription is made by you..! I tried to contact customer care named jasmine..! She also said the same that we are not running any offer and order is made by you l..! I was shocked to see how clearly they lie..! I even provided screenshot of call received from the person she said ok i will listen to recording and will get back to you but no callback i received..! I tried many times but they were we can’t do anything..! This is such a useless app..! High prices and their executives looting the people by the name of offer..!
