Although customer care is too good but rummy is like a cheating game. First few you will win and then you will think that it’s great app. Then after few loose you will start loosing all you have won and also after multiple additions you will loose till then you would like to uninstall the app. It’s worst ever but still the games are good and this one star is for the great interface for rummy. Interestingly you can add money as many times you want in a day but you can withdraw only once. So much security a bank don’t have that MPL gives. Also worst is MPL support who just is just a fraud and developer who responds here is also fraud. MPL is a largest thief gaming in India who follow all fraud protocols.After using this app for more than few years every time same happens. Not sure why people still thinks that this game can change there destiny and download and loose all there money they have. Better to invest in penny stocks so that at least we know we can get some interest from that. Here this is black hole in pulling all your hard earned money to MPL. Download this game if you want to donate your money to Mpl.

Your customer care is absolutely ridiculous. They try to patronise me as if I cant read english. Then they will beat around the bush saying i must have done something wrong. Maybe i dont know the rules. I mean… what!!?? They understand nothing about their own product. They dont even understand what their referral program is but will lecture me saying i must not have read their terms and conditions. When I ask what the terms are, they fall silent and tell me that they will raise my concern with higher level. The higher level will straightaway close my ticket by saying that enough details are not peovided in the ticket. I mean… ask your freaking customer care to provide the details in the ticket. Me as a customer is given no chance to create the to ticket.Anyways, pathetic customer care. I am going to rate each of your customer care concersations as 1 star going forward.

Bruh, who I just logged in with my another account and played chess and btw I m learning chess from like 7 years I m pro in it and they just banned me who like I bet 30rs for 52rs to win and then I won because the person surrendered and they banned me cause of hacking huh that not good see my history also I have also losses and how the hell m I even hacking if not that just give me my 50rs+ which I invested on this game. It’s totally fake game app. I have checkmated confidently many times but results come as tied and no explanation how it happened. I researched lot on tie rules but I didn’t find any rule which matches with this app check tie. Also, when you lose the game money would be deducted twice from your earned balance as well as total cash which means app server creates it’s own id and will play against players. If the player loses the match then double charge. If the player is about to win the match then pop up will come match tied, haha . I don’t play ludo thinking that dice 🎲 is moved by game server. But I never thought in my the strategy game like chess they can find such a loophole to cheat players♟ , if possible please look into this and try to improve the gameCan anyone help me where to report for fraud app?Finally I am going to delete this crap app and I will ask my friends also to delete it as soon as possible.
