Good software dying due to worst customer care services and non-upgradation

I am using this software since three years and more, it is crafted elegantly for busy OPD doctors. But since then I am facing poorest customer care support, there are no feature upgradation since the first installation, I do not call back, they do not answer your mails, they don’t solve the tickets raised by your complaints. They initially Quoted the cost of software is 6000 per Year for life time, they also committed that they will not sell the patient’s data but after a few times, they started billing per prescription mode and they started selling patient’s data online pharmacies. Even at the beginning, they promised unlimited SMSs free of charge, But after sometime they started charging for SMSsalso. They behave like they don’t care for customer retention. They don’t understand that they are dealing with the most educated class of people of the country and the trickiest relations of doctor and patient. It is due to the user friendliness of the software. I had to stick with this software but whenever I get the similar kind of software, I will not hesitate to switch the EMR platform.

Useless app now. No support, growth charts not working on iPad, plenty of bugs, patient app not functional, all certificate are against NMC guidelines, video consultation not working properly & so many other bugs for last many months. They are there to extract money only with no technical team with them to fix software. On complaint to customer care they will is a ticket only without rectifying or addressing your issue. I m subscriber of this software since 2017, but now suggest to all that, Do not subscribe to this software now as it’s in wrong hands now.

Vial sending Video Consultation massage to patient, in this massage given one link for download DocOn App for Patient, but this link was wrong. And in vaccination chart many brands are wrong, means for example, when you going for give Polio drops in 9 months but in given options brands name are shown of Typhoid vaccine and etc. Many time I requested on mail but there is no solutions or no reply and many time I requested for call back from back end team but no one called me.
Various bugs are there but no one solve since many years.
