Most of the time i stay out of hometown and i do not have to worry about food because fatafat takes care of that i can order food during night whenever i am working late and dont feel like cooking anything.

I have placed an order worth Rs 367 and after 20 minutes I have received a confirmation call that madam, is the order placed by you confirmed? I said yes it is confirmed. After 10 minutes a message came that ma’am we are canceling your order because there are no lights in the restaurant, I messaged them to give the refund and they wrote they will give refund but in their app wallet only.. I had to convince them with great difficulty I need the money in my bank account and finally they agreed but It's been 5 days and I still haven't received my money back nd also they are not giving me any update about anything.. worst worst worst service.. totally disappointed
Bakwas Service with the Highest Charges & it’s a team with no accountability

Even after having a discount coupon of 50₹ this app will charge you the delivery charges of 80₹ for a single order under 5 km, which is highest in the industry and the best part is the order never gets delivered even after 50 min and when you call the customer care, they have no clue about the order, they will simply share the contact of the delivery boy. Basic accountability is also missing here, not sure why they have started this app if they were not able to manage a basic standard?
