It’s a fraud app

I’ve given rating 1 because there was no less than that..... they have taken money from me by saying i’ll get a customized trainings quizes to learn more new words and more fluency.... i am already english fluent but still based on the quiz they fraudulently set up before install they took money from my account and i paid also but at the end when i got the link to download there was no customisation... i had to set up everything ... and turned out there is no quiz or trainings for vocabulary and fluency... all i found was translations of different languages like french and russian ... I’m from a hindi native country and i don’t need any of this. This is a Fraud app. Do not download... they don’t even respond to the requests and there is no option to contact customer care to ask for refund. I can’t attach screenshots here but this is Loot literally. Don’t install

I had downloaded the application. Then it asked for subscription but it didn’t showed that it will make purchase. And then automatically the amount got deducted from my credit card. How is this possible when i haven't even tried the application and it said after 7 days, it will get subscribed. Its always like as soon as the free trial ends than the subscription will start. But this application on the spot deduct the amount. Please look into the matter and refund the amount.
