I recently encountered an issue with my 43 inch TCL television. It took 3 days for them to sort the issue which didn’t even take 20 minutes to resolve. Clear coordination lag between customer service and local service centre. It took 1 day to log a complain second day their local team called me and next day technician came after multiple requests literally I had to beg. They always refer to TAT regardless when the complaint was raised initially. Please be mindful when you go with such an unprofessional brand.

Tcl home only gives a control as remote not much info or details of the running ac as power consumption and temperature controls

This app is very helpful but one request is like if mobile and TV is on same network then only able to control TV.I suggest to extend the accessibility like if TV is connected to network from anywhere we should be accessible. Other than that overall Good.

Worst brand electronics available in the market. No customer service post sale. No support provided whatsoever. 2 months old TV and display is gone. They say to check app for solution, how will app resolve a hardware issue? Customer care team is useless,helpless and keeps on hold every time contacted because they don't want to hear anything negative about their service. NEVER PURCHASE TCL.
