POOR VPN CONNECTIVITY

Symlex VPN - has a very bad market reputation as like connection speed and response for iPhone users, I don't recommend wasting money on premium subscription purchases. If you just try free version you'll know what I'm saying and with what authenticity. Firstly it would prompt users to configure the VPN on iPhone device, thereafter when you wish to use it say in a public location where you wish to hide your real IP Address that would not happen rather you are exposed to millions of unknown random online hackers in a remote controlled region. No body can trace them back to their original location if a fraudulent transaction has ever happened while using Symlex vpn I say don't trust a single word they gotta say in their defence/justification.

Request for Refund – Subscription Not Working as Expected

I purchased your premium subscription two days ago with the intention of using it on my TV for Indian OTT content. Unfortunately, it did not work as expected, so I promptly raised an issue with your support team and requested a refund.To my surprise, I was informed that a refund cannot be issued because I used a discounted coupon. This is extremely disappointing, as your app clearly advertised that refunds are available if cancelled within 7 days—there was no mention that discounted purchases are excluded from this policy.The discount was part of your own promotion, and nowhere during the purchase process was I informed that it would void the refund eligibility. This feels misleading and unfair.I am requesting a full refund, as I have not used the service successfully and reported the issue within the stated refund period. I hope this can be resolved quickly.
