Since march i stopped maintaining paper logs, started printing off crewlounge and discovered inconsistencies after I change employers and geographies. Been going around in circles, with them to fix, they are too focused on their upcoming cloud version. Moving back to old fashioned paper can not trust them with my data.

- Changed the default time placeholder from 00:00 to --:--. - Fixed OOOI times of 00:00 being interpreted as no input. - Added the DutyPercent field to the Duty table. - Added editing screens for Qualifications and Allowances. - Fixed incorrect timezone handling during Offline Roster Import.
