The application is such a mess .. i have already purchased a subscription from this app but it still asks me to purchase. The subscription again .. it won’t let me enter into my account and access my account and 2nd phone number .. and there’s no place i can go to get the support .. if the developer of this app can see this review please help me

I downloaded the app 2 days ago and after so many thoughts I finally took the yearly subscription which was continuously popping up on the phone's screen. It asked me to redeem the yearly plan offer with unlimited calls, messages, and 2000 free credits. It charged me 5900 and was worth it if it gave me unlimited calls but didn't; rather, it asked me for an additional payment for the premium plan which would cost me another 8500 rupees and gave only 2000 credits where 15 credits gets deducted out of 2000 per minute. It was written down there that there would be unlimited calls and messages. You people are liars and this is nothing but a scam I guess. You are only fooling others to earn money which is nothing but an unfair means to get the money.I want my refund or get me unlimited calls. If you don't take any action for the same. I would file a complain against the developer of this app and it'd be very difficult for you people to get out of that. I don’t even feel like giving you any star.Get it fixed or you’ll be heavily penalized.

How I got cheated by this app. Here’s the story: 2nd LINE IS NOT “Text Now”First of all I search for “text now” - a virtual calling app. I immediately downloaded and later turned out that this 2nd line has used their name and app icon to put a app on apple store. So that they can earn money on a back of a reputed company LIE ABOUT PRICING Once downloaded, I was advertised to buy a number and make calls. Once I bought a number they didn’t let me make a single call. HIDDEN CHARGES Next, a credit window popped up. And I was told that in order to make calls you should have some credits. Without mentioning charges of calling anywhere. Until this time they didn’t revel the charges for calling. It only says 1 credit/message. DEAD EXPENSIVE Then I thought of buying a few credits so that I can make calls. Turned out it costs around 200 INR/min for making calls. ANOTHER HIDDEN CHARGE Later app should me a way to cut off buying expensive credits and make unlimited calls and messegs. For that I’ll need to pay 8500 or 1699/month. And I did exactly that. After making first call it said insufficient credit. ALRIGHT BOUGHT IT? Please apply for refund through apple store.All in all they want to make money via scamming first time buyers and piggybacking “text nows” reputation.

I have a big concern here, transparency. During my sign up, the app doesn’t let me know that I’m only paying for the 2nd number and I would have to pay more money to actually make calls. The credits are VERY EXPENSIVE but thankfully there’s a premium version to which I subscribed but again I’m being limited by 1000s per day due to regulations. The user should be advised of these limitations before he pays for an UNLIMITED version.I feel cheated and I do not wish to continue to use your services. Please refund my money and close my account. It’s appalling that customers are being misinformed and kept in the dark. We pay for a number and then a premium membership and then have to pay even more now for credits. Unlimited means UNLIMITED. You may not have made the regulations but you sure as hell didn’t inform us about it when taking our money.
