It’s a wonderful app. Thank you very much for the people who works behind this. I work in Dubai & have friends in the U.S, Europe and of course in India. How can I manage transactions for multiple currencies in the same app? The currency changing option is in the settings which changes existing currency. If I paid 10 dirhms, after changing in the settings it will show as 10 rupees., which is absolutely wrong. So the way is to have an option to edit the currency for each transaction/supplier or at least per Khatabook. You may review an app named “Debts” with a green dollor icon (for each txn, there’s an option to choose the currency than default one. I thought to create different Khatabook for different currencies, but didn’t work. Otherwise, Katabook is a great app. Once again, thank you very much.

The Application is excellent and simple to use to maintain small business accounts and ledgers but there is a small problem while entering the value in either of the option if anyone has missed any entry in previous dates for example if I have missed an entry in the month of April and I am entering it in August with the previous date then the application should show the entry between the report instead of showing the entry in between its showing at the top as latest with the back date mentioned...one can check after downloading the report in PDF.Hope u are understanding to the problem. And pls let me know if there is any option to download the file in Ascending order rather then descending.

I find this application to be excellent for transaction management, but there are a few areas that could be improved:The application seems to have difficulty finding all contacts, which can be frustrating. It would be beneficial to address this issue to ensure seamless communication with all contacts.It would be great if transactions could be synchronized with customers or clients. However, it's important to make this functionality optional. Users should have the choice to display transaction history with customers, while also having the option to keep it private within their own account if desired.
