Simply Recall is based on the n-back test, which is one of the only exercises that has been documented extensively by research and has shown to be able to increase fluid intelligence and IQ.
The test’s adaptable difficulty can provide challenge and enormous benefits when used daily, and it can build into long-lasting changes that may prevent cognitive decline associated with old age.
