i love it actually there's not even a problem but that's really good and I prefer this app transactions over big teenagers who have from which family are spend moneys so like it's really good and in December there was a problem of transactions I was trying to recharge my phone and I couldn't because there was some bug and I tried to try it again and again and then after there was this issue that it told we have updated this bugs that is issuing the transactions so that's a really good thing and I am trying to update it but I couldn't and there's no kind of Wi-Fi problems I have tried many of the Wi-Fi and every Wi-Fi I have in my home but it's not updating but it's really good transactions but that's another thing but if we talk about the transactions and monies and the first thing is that I love is customising Cards like I have got my car a dog on the backside of the card and I really love it everyone says where did he got this card and all I say from Fi and they say oh and I've got many friends on this app and they loved this app they say oh my God Z this is a really good app you told us so I think I preferred this app for Grand transactions I prefer this thanks from Z

I have been using the FamPay app for the past 10 days and it has been a great experience so far. One of the highlights of this app is surely the STS (Save the Streak) Challenge that allows it’s customers to save any amount of their choice for 10 days at a stretch. It’s important to learn the importance of saving from a young age as it enables one to make thoughtful choices in future and these savings could come handy at anytime in our lives. Apart from that, the sleek Black Card that you get is something you can flaunt around and getting this for free is an added bonus. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the FamPay services, especially with it’s easy going interface that makes life easier for us teenagers and a saviour for all parents.

Worst Payment app …my money got stuck around ₹1516 it’s been 3 months still now I didn’t get my money back they never follow rbi guidelines as per consumer act i am going to file a case against them and suez them and their customer support is the worst part ever I don’t think so they have support not even call support only chat and even that some of them were human bots because they never respond their own all are scripted messages i was trying to reach them through chat support more than 30 times but they will be like sorry for your trouble our best team in already working on this case thank you they never read your messages because for me they never did that i was writing a message in pages they will be like simply ignore it and end the chat while contacting only they’ll hang up and close the chat worst service. And some of their support person initially said as per our system payment is successful you utilised it for that and this thing after a long time they saw my statement that money was not credited after that only they filed a case and even for that they didn’t give any case reference number I contacted again and asked for case reference and they provided see how irresponsible of their customers …paka fraud app

This app has helped me a lot from being able to pay independently and providing those spinners where I can get 5 rupees and maximum 50 rupees. But the downside is that 80% of the time UPI payments are down, the customer service isn’t helpful sometimes and you can’t even pay with card because of some bugs. You won’t even be able to do anything. In my case I was about to receive some money for my lunch and it was not credited because it said KYC violated and I was left with 2 options. Retry (Doesn’t Work at All!) or Refund to Source(Transfers the money back to the source) and starve. I had no choice rather than to starve because it said I had been downgraded to Minimum KYC and you can’t upgrade it and will be notified when I’m able to upgrade. I’m super mad with this issue. So I recommend you guys to install this app but not rely on it.
