Your subscription will renew automatically and at the same cost unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. To avoid being billed for an additional period, subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and set auto-renewal to off by going to “Settings” on your iPhone or iPad.

The app talks a good game but is not at all reliable. It over records time spent on apps at times, and other times it does not record at all. It shows devices active when they are not, it also randomly gives 15 min timers on the child’s device when there is a lot more time left.Save your money and find another monitoring app.
The software is very erratic

The software seemed to be very useful at first but I later found out that it is very erratic. Even after applying restricted time for the device, his what’s app is still working some times. I tried to reach out to them for help, but there is no way I can reach them for my concerns

I paid for this software and yet despite putting in all the restrictions, my 10 years old son is able to bypass it and open whatever he wants and whenever he wants. You need better engineers for sure.
