Joined Ladder a couple months back - within it Coach Ben Greenfield. The coach is of course a leading authority in fitness & health with a USP in minimal effective dose of exercise. While that's important for everyone - it is so especially for women. The workouts last anywhere from 20 to 40 mins. The harder you work, the lesser you have to work! In these 2 months with Ladder - No injuries, No adrenal fatigue, BUT a significant improvement in strength, mobility on a week to week basis.The App, too, is wonderfully designed. Easy & engaging.

I have been training consistently since years now. But what Ladder is able to do for me no other app has. It’s like having a personal trainer through the year. I have seen results and I love the community aspect. Everyone checking in and everyone feeling supported and seen. There is a workout for everybody pilates girl, HIIT, strength, running, yoga. Absolutely smashing. Would recommend.

I love the app, it’s well designed and with so many team choices. When I joined, I used one month trial to try different teams and see how it works. I ended up choosing Team Evolve and it’s been phenomenal. When I go to gym, I don’t have to think about what to do and can just focus on exercising. Ladder has made working out fun and enables me to go to gym with consistency.
