This app is for those who are looking for urgent cash, their processing is very simple and best as compared to other money lending websites. They provide hassle free services. Their eligibility and choice are limited that should be updated to those who pay on or before time.

Harassment and lie

I have missed to pay the due amount which was less than 7k due to medical emergency and then later my parent got a call and told to connect on different number which was of my brother and they agreed to call on it but never received a call on that number and today almost 8 of my contact were contacted and told I was given there number as reference but that was a lie as no reference details were provided.This details were taken from my phone without me providing reference number details and lied and when I contacted that number I was spoken rudely and then they told they will send a apology message to those numbers but it was a lie.I will report this to the cyber as it was a lie told that I have provided reference details so I am going to have this escalated and also that is really wrong way of Harassment

So please avoid using this app customer support don’t respect,and they don’t even accept that’s their mistake it’s totally on you.When I started using app it’s look good but with time and in present where my kyc is removed and I don’t even know when I talk to some company support they talk like me if you want to repay you can if don’t we know how it don’t where i can pay without kyc and can’t get credit without kyc. When i said to her I had a video kyc last time and why it’s removed she talked like it’s trouble for you not for is as company.i had simple question when I had video kyc last time why it’s removed and if it’s removed why not you notify me.i did my video kyc that’s why i got loan last time and she’s clearly said we used to distribut load without video kyc in past but it’s total lie.

If I took loan in this app at 5:30 am in this month 29th sep means they are saying you have to pay back in the next month before 5:30am 29th October no where it is mentioned in the app if you don’t pay within this timings means 5:30am of 29th October not within date within timing they are adding fine of 300/- What can kind of rules is this and they are sending messages on 29th September charges will be applicable tomorrow on 30th September what is the useIf we call customer support someone who is called higher authority saying 10am - 4 am is the bank timings this is how it works as per RBI rules and regulationsThe higher authority himself talking rudely to the customer. However we customer had a thought that today is the last date for repayment we can pay if high amount is charged as fine then we will get angry for sure and will talk why customer support is there this app support is also worst don’t know how to behave with customers that too especially the so called higher authority.Why all permissions are given for this kind of app don’t know#Please don’t ever use this app you will suffer a lot not in the begging after sometime for sure
