5 star customer service & attitude

Platform wise, it’s super nifty and clean. But for me what sets it apart, is their customer service. In today’s world, customer service can get frustrating with bots, long waiting one on calls and having to wait for a long time to get a response to your email. Especially when it comes to trading and investing, nifty customer service is a key differentiator - at least for me. Winvesta though relatively new, has got this part right. Their CS team is super quick to respond, well versed with the product knowledge and best of all they are empathetic and do their best to exceed your expectations by doing whatever is possible in their purview. I have been amazed by their attitude right from the founder Prateek Jain to my relationship manager Renuka. I have always had delightful conversations with the team and got my queries resolved effectively. I hope that in the years to come, as you grow, this part of your DNA remains intact.Also, I use multiple platforms currently to invest in US Equity market and can say that so far, I find their funding time to be much better than competition. The initial funding took 5 business days for me. Thereafter, subsequent deposits are reflected by next business day which is a huge boon to avoid missing out on an opportunity.Would definitely recommend others to get on board.

I am writing this review after having struggled for over a month to resolve an issue with the customer care. Some of their phones don’t work and the once that work go unanswered, emails get replied after 3 days on a average. I am Winvesta customer currently and hoping they will get better. And I don’t have to seek a alternative.
