Updated Review:1. Chat can only be initiated by the patients. Doctors can’t initiate chat with a patient that had consulted with the timeframe set for the chatting.2. There are no notifications to the chats. If there are unread messages, there is no way of knowing unless I open the app. That’s a big deterrent for me to ask patients to chat with me on DoCon. 3. Video consultation charges - Please add them too.4. Please give the list of the patients that defaulted today and within this week. So that we can send them a reminder message.5. Patient contacts: we can only add patient numbers from phones contact list. I use the app on my personal mobile. Why would I add all my patients to my contacts list. It should be other way round. Show us the contact numbers of the patients so that in case we need to call them, we can.In use case scenario: check the number of appointments that are there at the start of the day. And how much I earned at the end of the day. Second part I now got used to do in main app on iPad.

Very bad experience after the pharm easy company has taken over docon. No resolution of problem for past 10 months. Only you keep calling and the same Customer care lady keeps saying that ticket has been raised and forwarded to technical team and then receives one mail stating ticket has been closed. There is no one to help with problems with software. Struggling with the software for many months. Nobody helps

Doc On has been promising to start full consultation app for I phone (like I pad) but have been waiting for more than ten months now.Other platforms have started late but have better options.

From Docon lite prescription printing is not proper, raised issue number of times but still not resolved
