With our comprehensive bodyweight workouts, all you need is you! We designed said workouts to require as little equipment as possible, so no bench, bar or dumbbells - all you need on this journey is your goals, passion to see them through and Kompanion!

Inside the app, you can keep track of your progress, workout days, how many minutes you exercised in total, how many calories you burned, how many steps you take and more. Also, you’ll want to keep track of the points you collected along the way as they’ll come in handy with future updates! :)
