Wanted to update my phone number as i was not able to login. Did not had old number. Followed all steps procedures asked for. Still they did not contact or connected with. I replied to all emails. Still received email from them, due no response from your side we assume issue is resolved and we are closing it. Made multiple attempts to avoid my login. First asked for video with pan card. I sent it. Then asked for voice verification over phone call. Did not receive any call. Then they said pan and name do not match. Then again asked for phone call verification. Then i said call time between 9-9 and try multiple times. They say no response from you. Case closed.

Hello the team of CoinSwitch Kuber and please reply to my queries don’t reply we are going to look into your issues So my review of this app is 4/5 because this app has a very good interface and very easy to use and the transactions are very quick but sometimes it shows transaction cancel or error but I still got the withdrawed money so I think that might me glitch but kindly fix that and there are some queries I have firstly nowadays u guys are having a lot of maintenance breaks but I have these are the last maintenance breaks or even if u have maintenance breaks please it’s only a request conduct them at 4 am or 5 am because in the day I may have to sell all of my crypto currency’s so please work on that and my second question is that is CoinSwitch safe and what I mean by that is if u guys get hacked is my crypto portfolio at risk ? And let’s say if I want to withdraw 50,000₹ from my account will the application crash or stop working and that’s all my questions please reply to this and don’t we will look into the matter thank you

Beaware before investing in coinswitch. They just delist coins in the name of periodical review by their backend. Suppose you have invested in CVC coin and they will suddenly declare that this coin will be delisted on particular date. And you will not be able to sell it. Hence all the money which you have put in particular coin will vanish. You will neither be able to withdraw it nor trade on that particular coin. I asked for refund but they denied that too. It means our money isn’t safe in here. Suppose you invest large amount in one coin and they just delist it boom your money vanishes! I am using this app since 2 years. It’s like first time it’s happening to me. I reached customer support but they denied it by saying what they are saying it’s final decision. What does that mean? It simply means that our funds aren’t safe in there. Before delisting any coin make sure all are able to sell it or you guys are just taking our money. Today it’s small amount… later it might be your big amount of money. It’s better to take precautions then to cry later on . They even denied to return my 255₹. Why should we trust u guys anymore?

As and when we see that a coin no longer meets these requirements, we delist it from our exchange. We always make this decision with the best interests of our users in mind. This hurts me to say and I usually don’t write reviews for any app but CoinSwitch is outright robbing people of their potential profits. I wonder how the people at the top offices of CoinSwitch get proper sleep knowing what they are doing. When the markets go up, the withdrawal option is taken away stating maintenance issues. And this happened multiple times. I can understand if it happens once but when it happens multiple times, you know that these guys are up to no good. I know that I will get a developer response who will probably say that they are looking into the issue and that’s it. Same thing with their Twitter handle. The fake concern that these people show while replying to you are absolutely disgusting. One of the main reasons people look forward to a market upturn is to extract the profits, CoinSwitch has disabled withdrawal during these upturns multiple times. I bet these good for nothing so called “businessmen” are waiting for the market to come back to previous levels so that there is not much outflow of money than what would have been if people were able to extract their profits. Shame on you.

Sorry if you feel that way. The withdrawal option has nothing to do with the market movement. We had disabled withdrawals due to high no. of traffic and some issues with the payment partner. It was temporary and currently INR deposits and withdrawals are working fine. We hope you understand this!

Sorry if you feel that way. The withdrawal option has nothing to do with the market movement. We had disabled withdrawals due to high no. of traffic and some issues with the payment partner. It was temporary and currently INR deposits and withdrawals are working fine. We hope you understand this!
