I love love this app , it has a variety of Korean skincare not only the western popular ones but also brands like isoi or I’m from or round lab ( the actual products used the most in Korea ) , it also has some Chinese and Japanese products all of which are impossible to find in India . This app is really a blessing for people like me who want to use Asian skincare but not order from shady sites or pay for shipping. Now I know MGS products take months to arrive but I have got them on 2 months every time and had a pleasant experience ( they do state this in the beginning so it’s not like we don’t know ) also the regular ones takes 1 week max which is amazing . I have been using this app since it launched I guess and they keep bringing new stuff and have good deals plus their M.E event are such a great opportunity, I myself have won a giveaway so it’s not even a gimmick . Honestly it is genuinely a great app and if you don’t want the hassle of MGS products don’t worry they have a huge variety of non mgs products that are just unbelievable

Worst app, this is your sign to never trust this app. During the first few uses, they act so sincere but after that, they start acting up. I ordered my products about a month ago and did online payment. They have taken the money but won’t give me my products and say,”processing “ That is the only update they have given for the past month. In one instance a friend of mine ordered some products but it processed for months and she never received the products and to make it worse,she didn’t even get a refund. The customer service is the WORST. They don’t even provide a number for us to make a call and approach them. We have to write emails to them and we rarely get replies. There’s an employee under the name ROHIT who replies at times but the responses are full of excuses, nothing helpful. My products aren’t even “mgs” products so it doesn’t make sense. They blame their delay on the high demand of the products but that is a fat lie. I asked them for cancellation and refund if that was the case and they came up with another excuse saying they couldn’t cancel it because the order had been dispatched yet there is no update on the app about dispatching it. It’s still processing. I fear I won’t receive my products anymore. Please spread the word and never order from this app. It’s a SCAM!

I placed an MGS order for a sunscreen on June 11th and it is now, August. It was supposed to arrive by July and it is still not been delivered. There is no way of tracking the order or look at any sort of updates for the order. They have no customer support number and I live chat takes forever to respond. I have written multiple, countless emails asking for a update, a tracking link, anything basically but all they say is “sorry for the inconvenience”. The same pathetic, misleading response instead of giving an actual update. They look like a bunch of scammers that don’t respond and neither do they provide a refund. MGS products are also expensive and it is a waste of money to order from this app. I strongly suggest nobody buys from this app. I am truly disgusted with this sort of behaviour. I hope nobody ever buys anything from here. There are other platforms from which you can buy genuine products and they deliver to you as well. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This is has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in online shopping. The fact that the app & customer support is so poor that it frustrates you to another level. I placed an order(international) which they first said that I would receive within 20days. I get the it, that international orders take time so I was not worried then after 30days, it started bothering me as no tracking details were provided. But after that I tried writing the customer support to which I got an automated reply saying I’ll receive it asap. It is so unprofessional that the customer support is only available on chat & emails, that doesn’t even address your concern. My order is prepaid and now it’s been almost 6 months that I haven’t received my order. On writing this to customer support all they reply me with “sorry for the inconvenience caused we’ll try delivering asap” like literally these words. The worst part doesn’t end there. The fact that they haven’t even updated any tracking information making it impossible to understand where the parcel is. Upon consulting them with the matter they even refused to give my refund for the order that they NEVER DELIVERED. It is so unprofessional to face such issues in today’s day & time. I would suggest to not download the app rather look out for other apps that actually do their job & driver what they promised & u paid for. This app is a complete fraud which took my money, never delivered my parcel, is refusing to give my refund, even after writing so many emails they won’t address my concern or arrange a telephonic call, or updated any tracking information. It’s a fraud there are better apps in market delivering k-beauty products. PATHETIC.
