This app is seamless .. kotak neo provides everything let it be trading view charts .. screeners , stock basket … everything .. just a little suggestion is to add a small feature that when we are setting stoploss in intraday it always asks for selling price and sent to market price means we have to fill stoploss value two times .. sometimes market is that much volatile that we cant do scalping with this slow feature .. so please add a feature that we have to fill the stoploss value once only so that our ask price and selling price might be same .. it will not consume our very valuable 2-3 seconds .. goodluck kotak

Push notifications not received upon orders being traded

Earlier (around a month or so until this issue had surfaced), I used to get push notifications whenever an order has been traded. This feature was so helpful in making me realise that an order has been traded, with out even looking at the order reports or smart phone. At times when I cannot unlock/use my smart phone straight away, this feature really impressed me with push notifications popping up on both watch and smart phone keeping me informed that orders placed have been traded.However, push notifications are no longer being functional for quite a while after recent few updates to the app. I did try various means to sort this issue which include cross checking that I have opted-in for notifications, reinstalling the app etc. I found from my findings (my personal experience) that push notifications are being received after I reinstall the NEO app on my smart phone, but then again it only functions well until a new version becomes available and wouldn't send push notifications after a new deployment. It would be really good if this bug can be fixed in the upcoming versions.As I have been got used to this feature, there were some instances in the recent times where I got misguided as I was in an assumption that order has not been traded as I didn't receive push notifications, but materially they have been traded around an hour before or so. I did only realise this after looking at trade reports/open positions.Hope this feedback is taken into consideration and dealt accordingly.

Need Improvements for Better Trading

Hi Team, Neo App needed more improvements in smarter way to help us(Traders) to execute or Square off the trades at right time at right price1.Please stop Pop notification if we select “Default order as Market or Limit” That notification atleast stays in the bottom of the screen atleast for 2-3 Seconds by that time my expected trade at expected price will move away2.My personal request is to remove the option of Swiping to right and our trade should be bought or sold just in one click(You can refer Zerodha for that). Many times whole screen gets swiped off and I have lost lot money just because of that.3.Most of the times whole screen gets Blank and again I have to close the app and I have to restart from my Home Screen. Result: Again faced huge losses 4.If any calls comes to my phone price movement of the selected trade gets blank. You may tell that’s because of Network issue. Where same is not happening in Zerodha.5. My most terrible question to u is why we always need to check “Market or Limit” Order, even when we have already selected As “Default”???Because these many errors we are loosing so many opportunities and more than that we are loosing Money also..If you people do not Take care of these things as early as possible we users might go away and we never comes back for sure.

Account login issue - Support team is unable to resolve

I closed the account few months ago and now when I try to re login with the same number it says you already have an account, please try login. Again it comes back to the same login page and i try to login with my mobile number it again says you already have an account. It is a loop. I understand I had an account with the same number but it was closed. What do I have to do to reactivate or relogin with the same number? As per support team, login using an alternative number or going to Kotak bank are the only options.Why is there no option to reactivate a closed account?Since I am not getting a proper resolution from support team, I am writing this review so someone else will look into it, hopefully.
