I strongly advise against subscribing to this OTT platform. In an era where most users rely on smart TVs for streaming, it is quite disappointing that this service does not support major brands such as LG or Samsung. Unfortunately, this critical compatibility issue is not clearly communicated before payment.I subscribed to the service only to discover afterward that it is not compatible with my smart TV. Watching content on a mobile phone is not a viable alternative, especially for movies, and defeats the purpose of a subscription-based streaming platform.When I contacted their support team, not only was there a lack of responsiveness, but they also refused a refund, citing a strict no-refund policy after payment — regardless of service usability. Had it been made clear that their platform does not support LG or Samsung smart TVs, I would never have subscribed.This reflects a serious disregard for customer experience and transparency. The lack of clear communication, combined with poor customer support and an inflexible refund policy, gives the impression that the platform is more interested in collecting payments than in providing a reliable service.

Used the app for a day after taking one year subscription, but it is asking to subscribe again when I click on the content. App experience is very bad. If you want people take subscription at least don’t give such pathetic experience where even after paying money one cannot see the content. I have sent a mail to the contact email with details, hope for a quick resolution.

This platform is good for Odia content. The app response is good. As of now there are a very few ODIA OTT platforms where we can get some good content. Hope they will bring some more interesting content to their platform.
