The product is good but useless without the app. Inspire of having bad experience with Eureka on other products, I really don’t know why I landed up in buying from Eureka again. Before purchasing they really butter you but once the purchase is made they reply you initially but after some time all our complaints fall into deaf years. They don’t have any idea why their own app is not working. Purchasing eureka products is just like throwing money down the drain. It’s really disappointing for such bad customer service from the companyI want to give 0 stars but can’t so ended up giving 1

Hi TeamYour app stopped working since last 2 months , it’s throwing a connection timed out error message and not letting me even login .Raised multiple complaints but getting no response from the Eureka Forbes backend team . This is frustrating and not sure whom to reach out next regarding this issue as your team is unable to help .

Initially was working but after a year time the app doesn’t allow to log in or create a new profile. The service is also poor. I purchased the product with extended warranty but they are charge every time whenever any issue arises. Don’t buy this product

Like many have vented out, not sure I purchased this LVAC. Customer support is clueless on how to solve the problem. Now the robo can be used only via primitive remote. Application not working and cannot use robo to the intended uses
