Common objective is to deceive the investors.They are intellects Ab Initio. on 8th day of April 2025 their app experienced a technical issue and I asked them to give me the amount that I lost. They clearly said the amount that you lost is opportunity profit, and also they're saying that I have signed the ibt document at the time of account opening with them and they're very shamelessly saying that even they fail by violating the right to trade of the investor, even regulator cannot do anything. SEBI and Broker are friends from starting. And they both are new scammers, where it’s an insulting thing to All the investors who are investing their hard earned amount in the Indian stock market, To have such a useless SEBI not having any formal updates and thereby increasing the Broker to do some favour to whom so ever he’s required , Which results in an intentional financial burden for the retail investors. In all the directions, profit will remains with Broker and the regulator. So I do hereby request all the retail investors not to risk their money, expecting profit and by trusting with useless Broker and regulator.

Very disappointed with this new app

No doubt, new App UI is wonderful as compared with the previous one. But only UI improvement doesn’t make sense if features are not working. I Can not able to place Buy/Sell order for any new shares which are not there in my portfolio. The major functionalities of the app is not working. I already raised a ticket 2 weeks ago regarding F&O segment but the issue is still exist and I don’t even have any update regarding the ticket. Today i wasted 2 hours of mine to your nonsense customer service team. They don’t want to understand the concern and just try to complete the conversation as soon as they can. This is not the proper way to deal with the customer. In the script page Buy/Sell/GTT order buttons are not clickable and your customer executive is looking for error message inside screenshot and declare that the screenshot is invalid. You don’t allow users to upload video. This is how your team trying to resolve the customer queries.

Bugs galore

Lot of bugs. This is not an app but a bug with some features. I am writing this review hoping that my problems will be solved atleast if they see the review here. They won’t solve if we chat with them in the help section. I use iphone 13 mini with fully updated ios. 1. Face ID doesn’t work. Everytime the face ID launches it asks for OTP and then face ID comes then the whole process repeats. 2. Everytime I need to buy or sell a stock, the page asking me to input variables is riddled with bugs. The page won’t move forward at all. 3. I am not able to withdraw my funds. Because the page goes unresponsive as soon as I press continue. The pages inside the app wont load properly leading to many bugs i guess. This has been the state since a few months. Where are the team spending investors money if not for producing a bugfree experience? Let alone building a profitable business.
