It’s an amazing game but just after I updated the game, an hour ago, the game’s loading process keeps getting stuck where the app wishes to download more data but the button is unclickable. I’ve tried restarting my phone, checked my internet connection, multiple tries at opening the game again but it doesn’t seem to work. Please help.

Hey There, sorry to hear that! Can you try the following out in the hopes it gets you through to load? 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Select "General" and tap "iPhone Storage." 3. Select "Offload App" from the pop-up window to confirm your choice. 4. Select "Delete App" 5. Reboot your device 6. Install the game again by tapping the icon. Let us know if that helps.
Everything is balanced & really adictive game

My concern is, how can we link our account to the game, so we wont lost the data when we lost our device? Other than that, I really love playing these with nostalgic music & conversations from the show.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! In order to keep your accounts safe and relink them you'll need to keep your User ID which can be found in your game settings. You can take a screenshot of it, write it down or paste it into your phones notepad. When you do need to relink/restore your progress just send us an email at support@theofficeswm.zendesk.com with that User ID and we'll be able to link your game back up! Rest assured, we are also working on easier ways to restore your progress, where players wont need to write in and will be able to save game progress to the cloud. Keep your eyes peeled! :)
Annoyed by the glitch !

I had just started the event - Updog and purchased the 100 Scott coins basket which gave me many character cards and pushpins. I decided to go back to the main menu to see the progress on my main game and when I switched back to the event, all the character cards were lost! My scottcoins were also not refunded due to the cards loss. This is a glitch which I have been facing since a while now but now it made me lose all the character cards I had earned from utilising my scottcoins which I collected after so long! This is annoying and makes me wanna uninstall the game!

I liked in the beginning and that the true annoying nature was exposed. Most of the times you watch the ad to collect coffee or flash drives ( events ) and they show the coins adding (graphics) in reality the coins aren’t added at all and then after you complete the task where you click to collect the rewards, suddenly changes to next task without giving you any rewards . I have now lost the will to even play this scamming game .. and they have the worst set of ads
