I would like to raise a concern regarding the early charge on my subscription. My 3-day trial began on 26th April 2025 at 4:58 PM IST (11:28 AM UTC), and I was charged for the subscription on 27th April 2025 at 12:59 PM IST (7:29 AM UTC). This means I was charged less than 24 hours after the trial started, which is well before the completion of the promised 3-day trial period (72 hours). I request you to kindly review this discrepancy and process a refund, as the trial duration was not honored in full.The app is fraud, they charge you before your trial would end. And they do not have any customer support number. They dont even entertain or acknowledge our concerns.

After evaluating I thought it has good video template options so I purchased annual subscription but after that it still ask me to purchase in my account. I raised ticket on support but no response to same.
