I’ve installed 2 days back that time it was working fine and I’ve completed some levels and the next day when i tried to open and till now it is loading. Not navigating further to the main menu. As far as I played the game was awesome

Hi there, thanks for reporting. We've seen this issue manifest in two different circumstances: opening the game while your device is in the midst of connecting to the internet and opening the game with an active connection but one that cannot transmit data (for example an online connection you need to verify before you can browse online).We are working to resolve these edge cases in the future but for the first situation closing/opening the game should resolve it. The second case—if you've already played the game once previously so the purchase is cached—aside from having a working online connection is to open the game while your device is set to be offline (you can resume the connection once you are in-game) so the title skips trying to validate on a connection that never returns any response. If neither of those fixes work would you mind reaching out to support@maxinferno.com ? We'd be happy to investigate this further.
