I have been using preladder since 4 years and have experienced all the drastic changes in the app and notes🥹🥲And the version X is justtttt damnnnnn amaazzinnnggggg 🤩🤩🤩There test series and the elevate challenge are just so up to the mark ,Couldn’t believe prepladder could come so farr🥹♥️every faculty guides so well , it actually depends on the students approach . I would just like to request them to bring back the clinical videos which was there in version 5 .U couldn’t even imagine what it helped us during our practicals . 🔥It was one of the best feature prepladder had🔥which many of the prepladder users might be regretting . Nevertheless Prepladder Version X is heaven for one who reads textbooks and knows how to use the app wisely😇😇

I have purchased the 6months plan for my 2nd year mbbs which costed me around 7000Rs. I got my notes delivered a month late than the expected delivery. The app does not work half the time. I have tried everything I’ve changed my internet connection I have tried switching devices I have literally tried everything which concludes that the problem lies entirely in your system. You are the most incompetent when it comes to providing service. The support center does not even pick up your calls they’ve kept me on hold for literally 30 mins and not answered my calls whereas the sales center picks up your calls in literally 5 seconds considering y’all think you are getting a new person to buy your plans and also the staff from sales is very rude. I am paying such a big amount and literally getting nothing in return neither a good service nor a good support. There is no other way to contact your team other than one number which keeps you on hold forever and other number where the staff is useless and rude. I either want my app to work smoothly right away or get a refund. I have had enough of your incompetency. I am going to post about all of this on social media and urge everyone to never buy any of your plans since y’all hold zero accountability of your service. I have tried marrow as well and they have way better service.I have my exams in two days and this is what I have to deal with instead of studying

1. When pausing a video and returning to the app, it shows a message about other device login, which can be inconvenient. 2. Videos automatically stop, and when they resume, the playback speed resets to 1x, regardless of the previously set speed. 3. I used to enjoy Hinglish videos, but they are no longer available in the app. 4. The old faculty was removed without any prior warning, which was disappointing. 5. There are no notes available for the newer teacher, causing delays in preparation and leading to additional expenses when buying them elsewhere. 6. When we pause a video, it doesn't resume playback easily. We need to exit the app and restart it, which is time-consuming and frustrating. 7. The clinical question bank is filled with simple questions at the end, making it less helpful and time-consuming. 8. The app doesn't switch smoothly between oneliner and clinical mode, which can disrupt the learning process. 9. External keyboards aren't as useful in the app, making it challenging to perform basic functions like pausing, playing, or forwarding videos smoothly. 10. Many issues have been reported over the years, but they haven't been adequately resolved, leaving users frustrated. 11. The app tends to be laggy, even on iPad Pro, especially when using touch features for a bigger screen or double-tap to forward, which leads to mismatches and unnecessary delays in finding on-screen controls. In conclusion, there are numerous issues with the app that need attention and improvement. Addressing these concerns will greatly enhance the overall user experience and satisfaction.
