I placed an order and completed the payment through GPay, but the order was never placed. Thinking it might be a glitch, I tried again from another phone and made the payment successfully again, but the order still wasn’t placed.Now I’ve been charged twice and there is no order confirmation. When I try calling their support, the call is always busy and there is no response.This is extremely frustrating. If your system can’t handle payments properly, you shouldn’t allow transactions to go through. Very disappointing experience with this app.
