I had a very disappointing experience with SLYNUMBER.I downloaded the app, made the payment, and followed the steps exactly as the app showed. Everything seemed fine at first. Then the very next day, the UI/UX changed, I was suddenly logged out, and after that I could not log back in.The biggest issue is this: I tried logging in again with the same email, but it showed that the account was not linked. I had originally used Sign in with Apple through their newer design, but after the app changed, that option was either not working properly or not prompting the same way. So I was stuck outside my own paid account.What made this much worse was customer support.I contacted them and shared everything clearly, including my subscription details, screenshots, and screen recordings. Over the course of two days, I explained the issue 10 to 15 times in different ways so there would be no confusion. Instead of actually solving the problem, they kept sending repetitive replies like:•log out and try again•use stable Wi-Fi•explain the problem in more detailThis was after I had already given them more than enough detail. It felt like they were not trying to fix the issue, only delaying the conversation with copy-paste responses. Their replies were slow, and every message pushed the responsibility back onto me, as if the problem was my mistake, even though the issue started right after their app update and design change.When a user has paid, loses access after an update, and provides proof, the support team should take ownership and resolve it quickly. Instead, I felt ignored, blamed, and trapped in an endless support loop.Based on my experience, this app is not reliable. If something goes wrong with your login or account access, do not expect fast or effective help. I cannot trust a service where I can pay, lose access after their changes, and then spend days chasing support without a real solution.Would not recommend.
