Misleading Trial, Can’t Use Anything Without Paying

This app advertises a 3-day free trial, but once you activate it, you still can’t use any features. Everything is locked behind a forced 1-year subscription. You can browse around and look at the tools, but the moment you try to actually create or export anything, it pushes you to pay.That’s not a trial — that’s a demo at best. A real trial lets users test features, not just view them. This is misleading and frustrating, especially for people who just want to see if the app fits their workflow before committing to a yearly plan.The app itself looks decent, but the subscription wall completely ruins the experience. Please be transparent about what the “trial” actually includes.

I signed up because the application showed that it included a 3-day free trial. Indeed, according to the App Store rules, your annual subscription is activated automatically 24 hours before the end of the trial period. Information about this can also be found in the email that comes to the email address linked to your Apple ID after the trial period is activated. To cancel your subscription: 1. Follow this link: https://subscriptions.vids-app.com/; 2. Tap Vids; 3. Tap Cancel Subscription. As for refunds, this is handled by App Store support. Tho whom it may concern,I had subscribed to try out this app on a trial basis but it did not live up to my expectations, so I cancelled much before the payment term started but still got charged. Unfortunately neither the services provided during or post were any good. I’m requesting for an immediate refund.

According to the conditions, annual subscription is activated automatically 24 hours before the end of your trial period. This is how subscriptions in the App Store work, we have no influence on it. If you were charged, it means that you cancelled the subscription later than it was needed. If you'd like to get your money back, you should get in touch with App Store following this link - https://reportaproblem.apple.com/, since they handle all payment questions.
