I have made a transit hotel booking at Abu Dhabi Aiport during my 20 hour transit, post booking when I reach hotel I found that Vio has send confirmation through a third party partner and didn’t share payment with the hotel due to which when I called Vio they simply made excuse that because it’s a last minute booking to wait 24-48 hours, this is merely a fraud not only Vio seems to claim instant booking but also room which they listed was wrong I booked for 24 hours where booking forwarded to hotel was only 6 hours. Beware while booking as you end up in crisis. Raising my issue Vio team casually just send an email mentioning that yes room details was wrong on booking page and they will look in to it. Kindly beware of using Vio in case of last minute booking or any emergency or important booking. Very unprofessional and pathetic
