Need more improvement

While you are in the city, it is good. But if you plan a trip, there should be an option to see the charging stations on the route. I recently used JIO bp pulse app and they have that option which makes it much more convenient for an user to opt for the services. Also there is no integration with Apple maps. One should have google maps in the phone to get the location. That should also taken care of.

When user tapped on to the direction link from station detail page. It won’t pick the user current location automatically to show the direction. User need to add source location explicitly. It should pick user current location as user already given the location permission to app.

Worst customer support and oayment issues

Trying to add balance in the wallet and 3 times i have made transactions and still amount is not getting reflected in shell wallet, contacted customer care and they don’t have any solution for that and telling me to wait until it gets updated on it’s own and it’s 1:20 am in the morning waiting to reflect the balance in walletSuch an irresponsible customer support and there is no other option to charge with offline payments as well in the stations
