The RSA Authenticator app is an update to the existing SecurID 4.X app and a replacement for SecurID Authenticate 3.9.x app.

Works okay but some very obvious features are missing.

For example there should be a widget to accept sign on attempts right from the Lock Screen so people don’t have to open the app to authenticate. Or the notification should have an accept button built in instead of having to click the notification and go into the app. Also the length of the OTP should be shorter. We should be able to do 4 digits if we want to. Currently it’s cumbersomely long.

How to enable the Face ID for securid app.I installed and activated the token, that time I dint get an option to add faceid, may be because the app notification was set as off in my phone.I use iPhone 13

Once the face id unlocks the passcode it again closes and requires 2nd time faceid what kind of bug is this please resolve it asap really irritating to do 2 times faceid each time every day (Not resolved and causing the issue again and again, 2nd,3rd,4th time face id also doesn’t work, please fix it asap, really horrible to use it daily
Incorrect pin

This still displays the key when you enter a wrong pin the generated key does not work though which is good. However, this creates confusion for me lot of time when I do a typo while entering the pin.
