BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus 4+

I’m part of bla bla community since 2015 and I have offered numerous rides so far.
There are pros and cons for the app but cons are always either on the rider sode or offere side.
People in this community ( bla bla)should think about growing network and not making money from this app. This is a ride share app not a car or taxi booking app where App should charge for cancellations.
I have grown my network and many like minded people were found diring the journey. Has shared many memories with people, Met many interesting people.
All I would like to hear from bla bla is to have a community designed within app where people can know other ride offerers and can help each other on highways if needed.

I booked a ride for 29th Oct 2017 with Mr. Chanda S.from Udaipur to Ahmedabad. I am travelling with my 4 yr small daughter and have a flight at 9:15 from Ahmedabad to Pune. After booking i called up the person who is offering ride, he told me his ride is confirmed. Being tourist season here in Udaipur there is heavy rush here and volvo travelling options are almost booked and other buses are also not available. I trusted on Mr. Chandra's words and didn't trued to book any other option. Now a day before he cancelled the ride and i'm totally clueless as what should i do now. If i would have been alone i could have managed somehow but my daughter is along and therefore i can only choose good options.
So there should be more accountability on this site. If a person cancels ride he should be fined for it atleast and it must be applicable to both one who offers and one who takes.
I have tried using this many a times and have always found no one even when i was offering a ride and almost no one when i had to take a ride. I believe u need a more concrete marketing plan so as to reach masses.

This was my first and last experience with you guys its wrost than hell i book ride three times First time they delay may cab by 1 an half hr in second they change my vehicle to some meta door in third ride they abuse me we book blaa blaa so we can go safely but in bla bla which number we get from bla bla they forward us to some other number then they raise the fair. Its an harassment to person who trusted you guys to book a cab ride. I was having an urgent work at my destination but due to your drivers fake person i get late. And bla bla is not safe we book from bla bla they transfer us to some third party. What if that third party take us somewhere else who will take the blam for that. Specially in sector 43 there are alot of fake people who make fake profile in bla bla and normally do cab service then they will change your vehicle to tampu traveller and will take extra money from you. This is harassment and its not safe for everyone 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 POOR SERVICE DONT USE BLA BLA BLA .
