Hi all I was working with this app for around 3 years now, suddenly today it’s started to crash once opened . 2 days back we had a update also .

... Only because of high subscription pricing. That’s the only drawback according to me. Otherwise, I would have given at least 4****. However, this financial app deserves full marks. I sincerely hope that developers reconsider and get India specific lower subscription pricing. I have been using this App with unlimited transaction since long. Suddenly these people converted this App to subscription model. And now, Dec 24, 2016 onwards after upgrading the App, I can not see any of my accounts as is. These people are forcibly asking us to pay as you go subscription model which I will not do because I can't afford it now. All my accounts and all transactions I created are gone forever! I will have to delete this App now and find something else!Those who are like me, please don't upgrade App if you want to save your work!!I had given 3star rating before. But now it's only 1star. ---------I have been using this App for my personal financial accounting purpose. This App is really good double entry book keeping system. You can mould it as per your requirement. I am however missing Portfolio /investment integration. Addition of basic inventory system for business users is nice try. But little more work for a small manufacturing firm is necessary. For example, Raw materials, Work in progress and finished products are alright. But addition of production register to record date, quantity and items manufactured - thus effecting inventory - will be additional bonus.

Sorry, you must have missed the email about continuing to use the old version, it's called EBLite. This is a copy of Easy Books from Dec 2016 before the pricing model changed to subscription only. Hi there! I have been using this app for 10 years as it’s very useful & easy to use. It’s nice. Now I’m having an issue with my Lifetime purchased subscription which was offered by Apple. A few months back I upgraded my iPhone 7-Plus to 13 Pro Max but unfortunately, I am not able to recover my previous Lifetime purchased subscription along with all my previous accounts. I request you to allow me to continue my Lifetime membership with my lost accounts.

Hi Mahendra, thanks for your message. We are honouring all past purchases, these are valid in an old version of Easy Books, called "Easy Books Lite". This allows Easy Books to improve under the subscription model, while past customers keep everything they’ve paid for. As such, we cannot guarantee that EB Lite will work on any new OS versions as we don’t update it for that compatibility. We don’t actually offer support for EBLite, you would need to upgrade to one of our subscription plans. Very good app now become useless with Indian accounting

Once I had given 5 star rating for this app as they promised to give lifetime support and update while purchase. But now they’re saying those who purchased use the easybook lite and won’t get any update or support. More over it is now useless in India as gst come to effect. Inspire horrible pricing Developers had done nothing to upgrade to Gst accounting. So don’t buy this app better gowtham with another with gst accounting like bookkeeper accounting.Best app killed by developers
