I want to customise my subscription, for example, I want 10 ATP, but there is only 10 AP for double screen which I only want single screen and I subscription was cheaper to compensate for different requirements that is extremely limiting because even if 10 TP was 100 bucks cheaper, I would’ve opted for it The higher subscription plans log you in they do not allow for more customisability and I am okay with having multiple price ranges and price brackets for each subscription plan from 720 P till 4K because if I want 720p with multiple screens for mobile phone plans to share, I would like to have that or if I want a 10 TP or 4K single screen plan for my laptop only or for my TV. I would want that. Please adjust that that is the only reason why this is 4 out of 5. There is no advertisements and I hope there are no advertisements Forever.

Payment-not user friendly

I subscribed to Netflix last month thinking it’s an amazing platform to view series and movies, but beware of the payment especially if you are opting to pay through upi. My amount got deducted from my bank account with a successful transaction notification from upi. I even got a mail from Netflix saying the payment is confirmed, however, I couldn’t access any of the shows as the app was showing that payment is pending. On contacting Netflix customer care, they said that the payment is not received despite getting a mail from them and upi showing a successful transaction. I still haven’t got any refund with Netflix continuously mailing me to resubscribe instead of looking into the issue. Such a top performing digital platform should strive to make payment user friendly and train their customer care support team to handle such grievances instead of passing the responsibility over to the bank and upi. If there is any issue with the upi payment then the same should be displayed on their website/app in order to avoid such lapses.
