Very nice and user friendly app. Its simple, convenient and easy to navigate. I would like to share one suggestion with the developers and I hope they will consider it. When we book a hotel abroad, the booking confirmation becomes one of the main travel documents. A hotel voucher in form of PDF should also be provided along with the detailed confirmation mail. Some countries require a hotel voucher for visa applications, and immigration officials may ask for a hotel voucher both at departure and upon on arrival. Hope it will consider and once again thank you for such a great app.

No password reset option working

I am trying to restore my account by changing the password. I have been trying to reset my password since last one week and a password reset option just refuses to workI have renewed my membership with a new membership number And I have no idea how to login into my new account

Suboptimal App experience!

The app takes away from the overall Accor experience since it is sub optimal. Here are two issues with the app:1. When you search for hotels at a destination you are shown one price - however when you reach the page where you can actually book a room at the property the cheapest room is at least 33% more expensive then what was shown in the first two pages of the reservation experience. Extremely misleading and a very bad user experience which has persisted over months!2. If you are Silver + member you receive redeemable drinks voucher on the app for the property you are staying at. However it’s next to impossible to use the “slide button” to redeem the voucher for the second person since the app slides to the first voucher while someone is trying to open the second voucher with the “slide button”. Hence, you have to do multi finger gymnastics to open the second voucher! Bad UX design choice!That being said most Accor properties I have visited so far have been great! So this review is only for the sub par mobile app experience.

Payment Options are Confusing !

I wanted to make a non-refundable booking but my payment option for free cancellation was lower than the non-refundable option ; mostly I hv exprerienced that charges for non-refundable bookings are far lower than free cancellation , it took me a while to actually make the booking because I always believe in confirmed bookings , I feel they are more secure ; hope nothing awaits me as a surprise !The non-refundable/ free cancellation option prices were much lower than the refundable/confirmed booking option , this was the 1st time I encountered this kind of rate ; mostly it’s the other way round , I thought there might be a tech-glitch so I thought to notify !
