I have updated the app which shows bug fixes and compatible with ios 14 but still app doesn’t open keeps closing like before Please fix this issue as soon as possible the keeps closing for quite a time please fix this and another thing I have purchased the subscription of the app but didn’t get storage and can’t transfer my account to another handset please do the needful thanks..

After the ios 13.1.1 update the vault has stopped working as i choose to import the photos to the app is closes again and again after selecting okay to import this is happening for a long time now please fix this issue im not able to import any kind of photo video or data in the app it is not even suggesting any kind of prompt also. Before the update of the IOS software 13 it was working well and fine and now it is not even able to import anything the screen goes black and back to the home page of the phone. HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM AND FIX THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thank you.

I have not used the app from maybe last 2 year bcz my previous iphone is in dead condition in which the vault application was there, Now i have downloaded the app in my new iphone nd i am unable to get the data back. I also got the mail from your side 5months ago that they cant keep the files more than 180 days nd informed me to get the access in 30 days but i have not seen the mail that time now i want my data back.Pls help me to get my data back as soon as possible.
