Myself, Rowshauddin Azad, have been abroad for the past twelve years. I return to India twice a year, and I typically fly with Emirates Airlines. However, on my recent trip, I had the opportunity to fly with Qatar Airways, which turned out to be one of the best airline experiences of my life. The comfort level in economy class was excellent, and to my surprise, Qatar Airways even upgraded me to business class. The comfort level in Qatar Airways business class was truly exceptional. Overall, this was one of my best flights ever. My flight details are: Qatar Airways, flight number QR540, seat number 3K, date: February 29, 2024.
WORST AIRLINES IN THE WORLD!!!

I had booked 4 international flights with #qatarairways over 3 months ago. When I tried to check into my flight for my return trip, I found that I did not have a booking! (Funny, considering I have a PNR).It was 6pm when this happened, 9 hours, about four 2 hour long calls and numerous useless "customer services" later I'm still awake with no where to go and no flight to board. I have heard every excuse from "you cancelled via website" to "you cancelled via text msg from xxx number". I had not received any notice of a cancellation or refund despite the fact that it was supposedly processed 4 days ago. When I asked for proof of refund and cancellation, I was told to call someone else. Funnily enough, "customer care" told me an incorrect email address and when I corrected him he got angry saying I made the booking (implying that I used the wrong address that was in his system). When I explained the logic that if I put in the wrong email address, how have all the booking details been sent to the right email add, there was silence. To top it off, the customer service refused to transfer any calls to the supervisor. Excuses for this included "you did the cancellation as per the system", "there is no supervisor", "there is no supervisor available (at 10 AM mind you)" and "I cannot transfer to my supervisor". I understand that the rep was only doing his job but as for a company representative for "customer service" the only thing that happened over 6 hours of conversations were "customer disservice". I was conveniently quoted prices for flights on the same day various times, the amounts ranged from USD 4000 to USD 2000 for the exact same flights. I don't know much about the internal "systems" that #qatarairways uses, but I surely know that they will do anything to rob you and pulverize you barely 12 hours before an international flight. If you wish for a pleasant flying experience, look elsewhere, this is simply an airlines that thinks their high paying customers are fools.
Absolutely Disgraceful Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I usually fly with Emirates, but decided to give Qatar Airways a try. Big mistake. I booked my flight through their app, selected my seats, and received a confirmation. An hour later, I got an email saying the flight was canceled. When I called customer support, they admitted the flight wasn’t actually canceled — it was overbooked. Their system had double booked my ticket.To make matters worse, not only was my travel ruined, but when I asked for a refund, I didn’t even get the full amount back. How is it acceptable to sell a seat twice and then penalize the customer for their broken booking engine?This was a frustrating, time-wasting, and costly experience. I’ve never dealt with such a careless airline before. Qatar Airways seriously needs to fix their systems and take responsibility for their mess. I’m going back to Emirates — at least they know how to treat passengers with basic respect

I travel to and from India at least twice a year, and this airline has consistently impressed me with its top-notch service. From check-in to departure, every aspect of the journey is smooth and hassle-free. The staff is always courteous and professional, and I’ve never had a reason to complain. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next flight on May 16th from Miami to Mumbai, confident that the experience will be just as excellent as always.
