***UPDATE*** it works after phone restart. Pure VPN was working great for me. But Pure VPN opens and aborts immediately since yesterday. Uninstalling and installing again did not help. I use iPhone 11 and iOS version 18.1. Need a quick fix. Thanks.

unable to update. many issues

unable to update. downloaded all versions for mac installation and chrome extension, yet keeps asking for renewal of account. the subscription is active yet it does not recognize. and if I dont update the app, cant use it for any services. so in a way its not working at all. the internet works fine when VPN connection is inactive. when VPN connection active, internet does not work. strange

I purchased the VPN subscription, and when i try to use the vpn after purchase it, it never connect, and if connect the speed is uploading 21 kb and downloading 2 kb which is useless and u can not use any service with that speed, many free vpn have far better than this crap VPN, i suggest not to download and dont purchase the paid version its of no use only wasting of money
