I visited Makkah for Umrah on 15th March 2024 and made 2 orders through hungerstation on the same day at the same location. One order was successfully delivered without any complications but the 2nd order the rider called me and said he cannot reach to the location so i have to come collect the order from where he was waiting. I had to walk to his given location but he was not there, then after calling him again he said he could not park his car so he came little ahead and asked me to come to a new location. When i went there he was gone and all this while i was chatting with the customer service too and they tried calling the rider he did not pick up the call. The customer service agent told me that he will cancel the order and process the refund which i was upset about coz that order was for Iftaar for me and my kids. After several follow ups with the customer service through the chat process they promised that it has been processed already and it will take time for the refund. After exact one month when i asked for the refund status the agent told me that they cannot refund the amount coz i FAILED to take the order from the rider on time. They kept promising a call from hunger station several times but never received any call. They never replied to my emails.I have a question for hungerstationWhy would i not collect the parcel for which i already paid?

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences using HungerStation. I placed an order from Othaim Market, only to receive items that were completely damaged and rotten.What makes this worse is the absolute lack of accountability from their customer service team. Every time I lodge a formal complaint, the response is exactly the same: a scripted "I am sorry, it will not happen again."Here is why I cannot recommend this app:Zero Quality Control: Receiving rotten food is a health hazard and shows a complete lack of oversight during the picking and delivery process.Dismissive Support: Their support team seems to think a simple apology fixes everything. They do not offer real solutions or compensation for the money wasted.Lack of Respect for Customers: Apologies don't pay for ruined groceries. It feels as though they have no regard for the hard-earned money customers spend on their platform.HungerStation needs to realize that "sorry" isn't a refund. If you value your money and your health, I suggest using a different delivery service that actually takes customer satisfaction seriously.

Their should be an option to make an order in advance and the restaurant and delivery person to be follow the timing. So that the customer can have the food hot instead of cold if it delivered in advance.I hope you understand my point, rest all well and good Thank you for your service.💐💐💐
