I m using this E-Sim from almost 2 months now with unlimited data pack and i must say it doesn’t disappoint me . The speeds are excellent and after my daily high speed limit of 1 GB even throttling does not affect my Whatsapp and instagram calling. This i what i loved most about this sim

They’re selling AT&T e-sim in Puerto Rico where AT&T doesn’t even exist (scam alert)

I got their Puerto Rico sim originally but that never worked because PR doesn’t have AT&T anymore and their sim only supports AT&T network in PR (very weird). Nonetheless, I also purchased the U.S. sim (thinking PR being a US territory, it should work) and it magically worked for the 1gb package in Puerto Rico. Problem solved right ? Wrong !!After finishing 1gb, I topped up with 10gb to continue using the sim. But the 10gb recharge stopped working after consuming 300mbs. No matter what I did, and despite countless messages to their non-existing customer service, the sim never worked. I don’t understand why trouble customers when you have no customer service in place. I have been constantly reaching out but never received anything more than the automated responses.

I have used their service in several countries. I was recently in Singapore and purchased to eSIM, but was not able to install it. Not sure why what the technical problem was and I reached out to them that I couldn’t use so kindly process my refund and without any questions they processed my refund.
