We’ve made it easier to collaborate with your teammates — even if they’re not using Spark. Here’s what’s new: – Shared Accounts with Microsoft 365 and Outlook: Now you can collaborate with your team using the accounts you already rely on. – Slack integration: Keep your teammates in the loop without leaving Spark. We’ve made lots of improvements and fixes. – The Undo Send timer: Catch last-minute mistakes before they reach your recipients. Head to Spark Settings > General > Undo Send Timer to give yourself more time to cancel an email send. – New composer from Drafts: Writing multiple emails at once? Now you can open extra composer windows directly from an existing draft using the same shortcut (Ctrl + Option + N on Mac). – Rename meeting transcript headers: Keep your meeting notes tidier – open a note and click on its header to replace the auto-generated version with a custom title. – Delete individual emails from a thread: Click “...” next to any email in a thread to delete it. – Open transcripts and notes in Calendar: Switch from your Calendar to Meeting Notes in a single click – events with transcripts now include an “Open in Meeting Notes” button. – Close ‘More’ more easily: Click ‘More’ once to reveal your full folder list. Click it a second time to dismiss the menu. – "Auto-download attachment" option: Manage your bandwidth and digital safety – choose whether attachments load automatically. Easily track emails from clients, invoices, unread messages, attachments, and more. * Flexible options: Create a Smart Folder from your search results, or via the sidebar: More > click the plus button under Smart Folders. * A brand-new onboarding for Spark Teams, complete with videos and feature guides to help teams get started faster. * Spark for Teams users can now use reactions in shared drafts and shared threads for quicker, more collaborative feedback. * Added Clear and Collapse buttons for Recents in the sidebar. We’ve made several enhancements to improve your experience in Spark. – Introduced Group by Domain: Premium users can now group all emails from the same company or service, no matter the sender. This is helpful for tracking emails from different teams, systems, or contacts under the same domain. To group emails, open an email, click the sender’s email address, and enable Group by Domain. – Added a pop-up message for Outlook accounts: If IMAP is disabled on your Outlook account, Spark now shows steps on how to enable it and set it up smoothly. – Improved composer tooltips: We’ve renamed the “Arrange text around an image” tooltips in the composer for better clarity when formatting your emails. – Added the Empty All button in the Blocked folder to permanently delete unwanted emails. – Improved how printed or exported emails as PDFs display attachments: Spark now shows if an email contains attachments and lists their filenames. – Calendar improvements: You can now copy all attendees in the event viewer and access Duplicate, Copy, and Paste options from the event menu for quicker event management. – Lots of improvements and fixes in the composer. You asked, and we delivered! Outlook Calendars are now available in Spark Desktop. Calendar, your inbox's essential companion, now supports Outlook. Spark integrates Google, Exchange, iCloud, and Outlook calendars linked to your email accounts. To enable Outlook Calendar: Go to Spark Settings > Calendars. Turn the calendar on for your Outlook account. Alternatively, add your Outlook account to Spark, and your emails and events will sync automatically.
