The condition stating that the next coupon will only be available 8 hours after the previous successful redemption is very unreasonable.I am paying ₹1799 in advance to purchase this pass. Therefore, I should be allowed to use it freely within its validity period, as long as my quantity remains. I should be able to have coffee multiple times in a day if I still have remaining quantity.I purchased this pass to use along with my 5–10 friends. When I visit the coffee shop with them, why should I redeem only one quantity at a time? I should be allowed to redeem 5–10 quantities in a single visit.This condition is not practical. No one will visit a coffee shop multiple times a day just to redeem one coupon at a time.I am not satisfied with this condition. It is very poorly designed and inconvenient for customers.

I have ordered 100s of coffee from your store as well offline, must have recommended to atleast 10 other people. I went to your Hudson lane store, checked my app and had a B1G1 coupon which I wanted to apply, when I went to the options I had limited options only, made a small request to the cashier to change it, they were not willing to do that. Very bad experience.
