The app is clean and nice. A few issues to fix please: 1. Map of car arriving to your pickup resets repeatedly or car location remains static2. Please accept ability to mark pick up or destination directly from a map as well. Also support DIGIPIN location input, PLUS close input, and also GPS coordinates
My first ride

I am sharing my inputs so you may get the issues sorted for users.1. While booking cab through a credit card option - the payment is taken upfront for the ride. It should be auto deducted after the ride is completed.2. Once the cab booking was done, the confirmation and cab details started showing only after 2-3 mins. This should be instant3. The ETA of the cab e.g. 10 mins to your place to start journey only appeared after 5 mins or so. I had no clue how long my cab would take to arrive.4. The ETA time increased from 10 mins to 14 mins however the distance between the cab and my place reduced5. Only when I talked to driver on call, I realised the driver had no clue about the ride as his system (app) was showing blank. Only when he logged out and logged in again, the ride started appearing in his system(app)6. While I was on call with the driver, I could not access the app as I had opted for “free call” option. This was to check if the driver is showing online.Nonetheless, the cab was super clean and driver was polite and supportive. I hope issues get resolved and the driver training holds up in future as well.The rating is purely basis my booking experience and does not include cab or driver impression. No Cab showed up

All marketing, no real value. I scheduled a cab 16 hours prior. But at the scheduled time, no driver showed up.I am assuming this is in Beta testing right now and only 10-15 real vehicles are getting used at this point who directly reach Influencers to get reels shot :p . The Booking experience is also below average only, why would anyone want to make credit card payment before they take the ride?… Something to think about.I haven’t taken a ride yet but booking experience has been pretty bad as of now.
