HyugaLife is NOT reliable or trustworthy when it comes to health supplements. I ordered a well-known, premium brand supplement (Avvatar Whey Isorich), and what I received inside the sealed jar was NOT protein at all — it looked like plain flour. This is not a small issue, this is serious negligence and a potential health risk.Instead of taking responsibility, HyugaLife’s support team refused return or replacement, hid behind excuses like “authentication codes” and redirected me to chat with a nutritionist — as if that solves the problem. This is a classic tactic to avoid accountability.When a platform claims to sell “100% genuine products,” this kind of experience completely exposes the truth. Selling suspicious products and then denying proper resolution is unethical and deeply concerning, especially in the supplement industry where people trust brands with their health.This app fails at quality control, customer care, and ethics. Once they have your money, they simply don’t care. If you value your health, your money, and your peace of mind — DO NOT ORDER supplements from HyugaLife.Extremely disappointed. This app does not deserve trust or downloads.

I regret ordering from you guys, its taking you guys forever to deliver my items it’s irritating that you are sending items through 3rd party named DELHIVERY and they have pathetic service. They need all life time to make any deliveries and also your customer service reps are idiots, they offer pathetic service……they don’t even know what to do aspect raising fake concern or fake escalation …… which results nothing …… All this bcuz of your delivery tie up with DELHIVERY which results in no control and zero update for you guys over deliveries. Now, i only hope that i get my orders before i die and the orders be genuine and authentic …. Or else trust me next review of mine is gonna be better than this to read…… Thank you but no thank you!!!
