I have recently started using this cab service for dropping off at airport and pickup from airport. I really liked the overall service because of their before time arrival of drivers and all of them were polite and well behaved. One of the best benefit of using this app was cost effective rides which are rare to find in Bangalore.Everyone must use this app which provide door to door service at such a reasonable price. Couldn’t expect anything better than this. Thank you Quicreach team.

I booked an airport ride through QuicReach on 23 October 2026. The driver was Saleem Ahmed, and the vehicle registration was KA 51 AM 5188.At Bengaluru airport Terminal 1, the driver demanded ₹500 extra for cleaning. I offered ₹200, but he refused and became aggressive. He shouted at me, manhandled me, took my luggage and would not let me leave. He caused a scene in front of other people and said, "Meri ride to 7 baaje hai, ab mein toh yahi rahunga."I called QuicReach support. They contacted the driver, but he did not cooperate and I did not get the help I needed to leave safely. Support advised me to pay ₹300 extra for cleaning. I agreed to that, but the driver took ₹500.I felt trapped and blackmailed. He was physically intimidating, and I was scared he would hit me. I paid because I wanted to get away safely as my flight was approaching, not because I thought the demand was fair. When I needed QuicReach support to help, they couldn't get the driver to cooperate.I reported the incident to QuicReach and Karnataka Police; the police complaint was assigned to Jigani Police Station. QuicReach said its senior safety team was investigating. It's been three days since the incident, and I've received no written outcome or resolution from QuicReach. I'm also waiting for a response to my ₹1,059 refund request.

This app has been very useful for the travel to and from Airport. The drivers ensured the on time pick ups. It’s budget friendly too. The best thing I liked about the travel with Quick reach is even though they are budget friendly, they never hesitate to turn on AC when asked for unlike the normal cab drivers. Recently travelled with Helal Miah and it was a smooth and comfortable ride. Thanks for providing budget friendly option for people travelling from and to Airport.
