Very easy to use, super fast, good quality and prompt delivery

Designed and implemented very well as it is very easy to use and very good performance. Once our address is listed as out of coverage (though delivery was done before). Helpdesk team was very supportive and asked me to remove the address and add again. It fixed the issue and allowed me to place the order. This may be something that development team to look into. Overall, it is very nice experience with KPN for very good Quality products and prompt delivery!

Designed and implemented very well as it is very easy to use and very good performance. Once our address is listed as out of coverage (though delivery was done before). I ordered a few essentials through the KPN mobile app at 5:31 PM, and the payment went through immediately. After 35 minutes with no delivery, I checked the app, and it showed the payment had failed. However, I refreshed the app and checked my order history it showed the same order was still in the packing status. If I hadn't checked properly I may have repaid the amount or wasted my time calling the customer service to sort it out.When I called customer service, they kept insisting the delivery would arrive in 10-15 minutes, even though I had a previous bad experience with delayed deliveries. I asked to cancel the order, but the representative wouldn't allow it, claiming it was already out for delivery.After an hour from the ordering time, the items finally arrived, but the entire experience was frustrating. The app lacks proper tracking and cancellation options, and the delivery executives seemed incompetent. Save your time and money—avoid KPN. Meanwhile, Swiggy could have delivered the same items in 15 minutes with an easy cancellation process.

If you order one quantity, they will supply lesser quantity. If you point out, they will credit the extra amount paid by you in My Cash / KPN wallet or any such nonsense. They will say you can redeem it in future purchases. But the option to redeem will not appear anywhere. If you point out the mistake, they will initially ask screenshots. If you sen them, they will ask screen recording. If you say screen recording is not possible, they will not listen. If you want refund through upi also, they will not pay. I am now sending 13th reminder. Keeping one’s money wrongfully collected is a CRIMINAL offence bht the company thinks nobody could touch them. I am advising to keep out of this app. The products are good. Rates are competitive. But their IT people are hell bent to damage the goodwill.

Return/ refunds are difficult. One can go for in shop order…like in person physical shopping…check the items and buy. But online deliveries are problematic. Many time bad quality products are delivered. Sometimes stale vegetables are delivered. Better to avoid online orders. One may feel that one is saving in online orders then suddenly in next order one will get bad product… refund will not happen and one will loose more than what he has saved in earlier ordered.In case of emergency if one is placing online order then try to of smaller value… in that also avoid banana, mushroom etc items..
