To be honest, I decided to subscribe to the Yango Play because I was using Yango taxi , but when I tried to log into Yango play, it’s not letting me ; saying my account was inactive for four months, so when I tried to reactivate it, it just showed me the way to reactivate in a separate webpage, but the problem is I’m not able to login in order to restore my account and I had never been off-line for more than four months so it doesn’t make any sense. Please fix this issue because I need to cancel my subscription and you foul play at you’re being so smart and blocking me away from my own account so I won’t be able to cancel the subscription so you guys are really really bad at doing this and I really hate this app because it’s not user-friendly and it’s taking away my money. And also really bad customer service from the Yango Play executives because when I try to text them on WhatsApp, it’s just BOTS replying they’re not even bothering to reply back

Misleading Points System and No Response

Yango Play promotes that you can “pay 1 AED and the rest with points,” but this is completely false. You can never pay just 1 AED - the main part of every ride still has to be paid with your own money. The most you can use in points is around 15 AED for long trips and only a few dirhams for short ones. I contacted Yango Play support over a week ago about this issue and never received any reply. Very disappointing and misleading experience.
